Eggs

Everything in this list equals one egg.

  • Aqufaba - 3 Tablespoons

  • Ground Flax Seed - Soak 1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seed in 3 Tablespoons of warm water.

  • Plant-based Yogurt - ¼ Cup

  • Carbonated Water - ¼ Cup

  • Chia Seeds - Soak 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seed in 1/3 cup of water

  • Applesauce - ¼ Cup

  • Mashed bananas - ¼ Cup

  • Pumpkin Puree - ¼ Cup

  • Soy Protein Powder - 1 Tablespoon and 3 Tablespoons Water

    If Using Egg as a Leavening Agent

           One Egg equals

  • 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Arrowroot Powder and 3 Tablespoons of water.
